Refund Policy

Applicable Conditions

  • We provide refunds for incorrect orders, poor food quality, or service issues that fall below our standards.

  • Refunds are typically for the value of the specific item, not the entire meal.

  • To qualify for a refund, the food must be returned in its original, untouched condition if possible. 

Timeframe

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the purchase.

  • Incorrect orders should be reported immediately by calling Cardinal Coffee Cafe.

  • For in-person dining, customers should speak with café staff to discuss their individual concerns. 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds if the customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied based on personal taste.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially consumed food or items that are returned in an untampered or damaged state.

  • Customers who are unable to be contacted by a delivery driver after arrival may not be eligible for a refund. 

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact the restaurant directly via phone or email. You must have a receipt showing proof of purchase.

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • For cash payments, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
